1916 Russian Consular Post Office in Tabriz, registered letter to Bern, Switzerland, showing the use of Russian stamps, obliterators, and reg. label, franked 24k for registered to abroad, stamps tied by circular Tabriz Russ. Konsulstvo 2.7.16, sent via St Petrograd receiving censorship, on reverse is Bern arrival 23 Aug; a very attractive and scarce censored mail from the Russian re-occupation consular PO.
