1912-13, trio of large OHMS envelopes from Teheran to Whitehall in London with 1911-21 Portrait issue multiple frankings, one with 6kr10ch franking, one with 28kr12ch franking and 33kr6ch franking, some heavy foxing and envelope faults as to be expected from such heavy letters, scarce and attractive high frankings.
