1895ca. Large envelope from Earl Kitchener of Khartoum, signed at lower left, to Sir Edward Grey in the Foreign Office, carried by diplomatic bag, reverse with very fine wax seal of “H.M. Agency & Consulate in Egypt” with Royal Coat of Arms, small portion eaten away at top, vert. crease, unusual and rare. Auction
