1862 30pa blue, printed from a single cliché, with full to large margins (light scissor cut top right just touching the border), tied to cover by circular Pitesti 25.9, with additional ds on the cover, a cover front only mounted on black cardboard on a very interesting 1947 certificate, issued by Ionel Schiffer, “Avocat, Expert Philatelique du Tribunal d’Ilfav Bucarest”; a very interesting piece of Romanian philatelic history.
