30 Parale blue, on wove paper, amazing extremely large even margined single, neatly tied by superb strike of the very rare STIRBEIU/28.8 cds in in blue, with similar alongside, on 1862 folded cover from Calarasi to Bucharest, with red arrival bs, a very rare postmark of which only very few covers are known, this one being the finest; cert.
