TIRGUJIUL: Folded cover bearing clear black Cyrillic bilinear “TIRGUJIUL DEC 24” ds, wax seal removed, a wonderful example of this extremely rare postmark, apparently one of only four such covers recorded (Dragomir type PV53, fig 254 – highest valuation “FF”, see pag76-77, showpiece.
