5pa Orange-yellow, horizontal pair, type I-II, on 1869 (26.9) Printed matter entire originally secured with a band or wrapper which would have had the address, from Alexandria to Cairo, tied by single strike of the “POSTE VICE-REALI EGIZIANE / ALESSANDRIA” cds, with Cairo arrival bs of the same day, a very fine and rare example of the reduced rate for non-periodical printed matter rate.
