1792 (August 6th) Folded entire from Southampton to Dublin rated “4” showing a two line convex “SOUTH/AMPTON” rerated 10 (4d + 6d Dublin to London) and finally rated 11 (10d + local 1d penny charge) and dated “AU18” Dublin Penny post handstamp with inverted slugs “UA81”, very fine and scarce.
