Description
1784 (May 7th) Folded entire from Dublin to London, franked Free and endorsed by “B Sheridan”, showing a circular London “FREE” and an unframed claret Dublin “FREE / D”, fine and very scarce. One of the latest of the 5 usages so far recorded.

Note: Richard Brinsley Butler Sheridan (30 October 1751 – 7 July 1816) was an Anglo-Irish playwright, writer and Whig politician who sat in the British House of Commons from 1780 to 1812.
