1837 (June 9″) Folded entire from Bahia, Brazil to London endorsed “p Trustee” and showing a framed “LIMERICK SHIP LETTER”, rated “2/-” and calculated as follows ship rate 8d + packet 2d + Menai Bridge 1d + circa 380 miles from Limerick to Dublin and Dublin to London via Holyhead under 400 miles 1/1d =2/-, very fine and scarce strike.

Note: A number of ports around Ireland were issued with framed two-line Ship Letter handstamps.
