1823 (January 24th) Folded entire from Dublin to London showing a black two-line “ABOVE / NUMBER” of London and the distinctive Dublin underlined italic “Above the privileged number” in red, rated “3/9” triple (1/3 combined rate x3), an attractive and rare postal history showpiece and rarely seen on an entire letter (DF No. 135).
