1808 (April 18th) Folded letter sheet from Belfast to Guernsey, with endorsed an accountancy breakdown of the rate resulting in a “1/9” charge, showing two superb strike in red on the “BELFAST” straight line and the attractive boxed scroll “POST PAID” alongside, the letter deals with supplies of pilchards and cod, London tombstone transit mkg, very fine and scarce.
