1677 (June 5th) Entire letter from Dublin addressed “To The Honble Sir Robert Southwell Knight of His Maly most Honble Privy Council in England at his house in Spring Gardin near Whitehall, London“, showing the combined rate “6” which was deleted, signed off by the inspector “TB” and sent free of charge as official mail, an unusual and important showpiece; ex Lady Mairi Bury.
