Tulancingo district group with 7c (2 unused) and 25c (5 used) lithographed stamps; two stamps are from sub 1 to the very small town of Huasca (cert. Mepsi (1975) for 7c), all four margined, several with usual imperfections. NF $400 for the stamps off-cover. Catalogue ref: Scott 26, 27, 29
