Description
San Luis Potosí 13c blue lithographed (consignment #12-1866 sub 11), good to huge margins, on cover to San Luis Potosí, dated November 23, 1866, tied by Villa de San Francisco framed ds (Schatzkès #1489). This sub was unallocated by Chapman. Very fine.
