Querétaro 25c buff lithographed (consignment #103-1866 sub 29), large margins, on cover to León dated December 6, 1866 tied by a very good strike of the “VALLE DE / SANTIAGO” curved framed cancel (Schatzkès #1340) with “FRANCO” adjacent (Schatzkès #1340). A rare and delightful cover from a small locality. Cert. MEPSI (1987).
