Querétaro 13c blue pair lithographed (consignment #77-1866), cut into at right but showing significant portion of neighbouring stamps above, on cover from Villa de San Felipe to San Luis Potosí, tied by a very good strike of the circular cancel with ms date (Schatzkès #1308). Very fine.
