Puebla 13c blue lithographed (consignment #3-1866 sub 25, only 50 sent to this sub), well balanced margins all around, from cover Tecamachalco to Puebla dated August 20, 1866, tied by oval “TECAMA / CHALCO” hs (Schatzkès #1228). A very fine and scarce cover from a small town. Catalogue ref: Scott 27
