Morelia 13c blue lithographed (consignment 79-1866, only 47 sent), frameline just touched at lower left otherwise fine margins, light Morelia cds, slightly heavy hinge. Very rare as this small consignment was in exchange for demonetized obsolete Eagles. Cert. MEPSI (1994). Catalogue ref: Scott 27
