Mexico 7c lilac engraved mint (consignment #3-1866), large attractive margins, horizontal crease, very scarce.
Note: Only 400 were sent in this consignment; of the 3’400 issued for all districts, 400 were stolen (consignment # 140-1866) and 2’000 sent to Veracruz were destroyed.
