1778 ca. Undated cover to Lima, with manuscript “7” rate and “España” postmark of Corunna. The maritime route, with layover at Buenos Aires, is indicated in manuscript on front, this being a rare feature for a transatlantic mail to Peru. Very crisp and fresh.
