Cover sent to Santiago, from Coquimbo, addressed to Jose Miguel Irarrázaval, charged at “3” reales with manuscript mark, paying for a triple rate letter, showing the straight line hs of “Coquimbo” in red (S.F.C. MPF10a), and with “Franca” mark in red below, horizontal filing crease and soiling. Scarce.
