Lot 10200 – 1843, 30r black, worn impression, pair from the lower right corner of the sheet, “7 LAGOAS” straight-line

1843, 30r black, worn impression, pair from the lower right corner of the pane, good to enormous margins showing outer frame lines at base and right, showing two strikes of “7 LAGOAS” straight-line hs in brown. Only four “Bull’s Eyes” are believed to exist with this cancellation, this pair being unique for the 30r, a spectacular showpiece and with multiples being of great scarcity showing a postmark known in fewer than five first-issue stamps.
