1889-91, “Dalmacio Vélez Sarsfield” 1c brown, “globos” (balloons) watermark, two blocks of four, block of nine (3×3) and block of twelve (3×4), the great majority n.h., five stamps without wmk in the larger blocks. A very rare group, specially in large multiples.
