Argentina: 1889-91, “Sudamericana” Issue: assembly comprising 23 cut-out proofs on card or paper affixed to card, from 1/4c to 20p not including the unissued high denominations, showing a nice display of colours. Some slight tone spots in some instances. A scarce group.
