1873, 4 sen rose, Government printing with long tool perforation, plate 15, bottom right corner-sheet pair from positions 39-40, very attractively cancelled by Kiban Ni-19 circular type of Mito-Shimouchi in Hitachi Province. Position 40 with insect hole and positional pinhole, a very attractive and scarce usage enhanced by the sheet margins. (JHES ¥300,000).
