1953 King Farouk Obliterated Portrait Issue: 100m Dull purple, in three strips of three used in combination with Airmail 30m pair all tied by CAIRO cds on 1954 large airmail cover to Ernest Kehr, New York, some cover wrinkles and creases, an unusual and a rare usage, the largest recorded number of the 3-bar 100m value on cover, showpiece.
