San Luis Potosí 2r orange 1st Period, very close to huge margins, on an across the lines cover, tied by a superb strike of the laurel cds (Shatzkès #1446) on July 18, 1864 cover from San Luis Potosí to Saltillo, charged “2” as Saltillo which was under Republican control as the Imperial franking was unaccepted by the Republicans, very fine.
