Saltillo Parras de la Fuente 8r red #181 or #232-1864, quadrisect used on piece, tied by framed datestamp (Schatzkès #1414). Cert. Mepsi (1983), stating “… it is genuine but has been removed from piece and replaced”. A very seldom usage in the “Eagle” period. Scott $15,000 on cover. Ex Tony Benz.
