Monterrey Montemorelos 4r black/yellow April 3, 1862 entire letter and tied by framed handstamp (Schatzkès #888). Horizontal crease. This district rarely used splits. There are only eight covers recorded for this district in the 1972 Census, this being a small town. Scott $190, but for a common district. Ex Josling.
