1871, 500 mon pure green, plate 1, early printing, two examples unused without gum as issued, one from position 33 with ample margins all around, the other from position 7, featuring a sharp detailed printing, full margins with few tiny nicks, one entering the frame line. A very fresh duo. (JSCA ¥640,000).
