10 bani orange, right half of a vertically bisected stamp, vivid color, close to large margins, with partial upper sheet margin, tied by double-circle BOLGRAD/13.9 ds, on 1871 ‘Recipisa de primire’ la Cahul, during shortage of 5 bani stamps, an important exhibition showpiece and the latest recorded date of a Bolgrad bisect.
