20 parale red, large even margins all around (light wrinkle), on 1866 “RETOUR RECEPISA” from Bucarest to Severin, tied boxed framed RECOMANDAT with double-circle fancy BUCURESCI/22.2 alongside, a fine and rare usage of the registered marking to tie the stamp (Kiriac 1587).
