40 Parale greenish blue on white paper, horizontal strip of three and single, all somewhat touched to clear margins, each neatly tied by FRANCO / DOROEHOI fancy hs in blue, with DOROEHOI/MOLDOVA/8.1 double-circle ds and RECEPISSE alongside, also in blue, on folded cover to Jassy, with arrival bs, right flap re-backed and edges of address panels reinforced with sellotape, nevertheless an outstanding franking and probably the most important cover bearing this postmark on the second issue.
