40 Parale blue on white paper, single, with enormous margins all around, stamp with usual wrinkles due to the thin nature of the paper, neatly tied by superb strike of the FRANCO/No.2/GALATZ oval and superb GALATZ/MOLDOVA/20.3 double-ringed ds, both in blue, on small neat 1860 entire to Jassy, with arrival bs in red, an attractive usage, a superb and amazing exhibition showpiece and certainly one of the finest examples known on cover.
