40 Parale blue on bluish paper, right sheet marginal horizontal pair, with very close to large margins all around, left stamp with almost invisible marginal imperfection, neatly tied and cancelled by two strikes BOTUSCHANI/MOLDOVA/20.1 blue double-ringed ds, on registered cover to Fokschani via Jassy, with transit and arrival bs, cover flaps missing, an attractive and very rare in this condition.
