1785 (June 6th) Folded entire sent from Dublin via London, to Cognac, endorsed single rate of “Pd 6” to London, showing second type circular Dublin POST/PAID/D, London and Dublin bishop mkgs on reverse, plus “30” decimes inland rate applied on arrival in France, all strikes very fine, scarce.
