1829 (January 22nd) Folded entire sent from Dublin Excise Office to London, endorsed “P Fitzpatrick”, showing fine strike of the distinctive rectangular hs EXISE/23 1/1829/PAID (with inverted date 23) in black, with Dublin and London PAID mkgs in red, attractive and scarce.
