1825 (October 4th) Folded cover sent from Jamaica via Belfast to London and redirected to Ashburn, endorsed “pJohn Echein via Belfast“, uprated from “1/3” single to double “2/6”, plus “10” for the redirected charge, showing clear strike of the fancy framed BELFAST/SHIP LETTER (with broken bottom line) in black and COMMERCIAL ROOMS of Jamaica hs, a very fine usage.
