1684 (March 7th) Folded entire sent from Dublin, written by the Duke of Ormond, addressed to London, rated “6” subsequently cancelled and initialled “IG” in London and signed in full by the Post Office inspector “H. Gascoigne“, arrival London Bishop marking on reverse, very fine and scarce.
