1855 (July 27) Envelope from Kurnool to Secunderabad with ½a pale blue (S.G. 3, die I) touched margins, obliterated by dotted lozenge. Front shows beautifully struck example of the boxed “KURNOOL/Paid” pmk with handwritten date (latest known example). Red dated “SECUNDERABAD/Paid” box on reverse.
