1856 (Jul 26) envelope from Wellingborough to the USA with embossed 1s pale green top marginal, close on one side and lower left corner fold which has been unfolded, cancelled by “858” numeral and tied by New York arrival with 24c accountancy hs adjacent, reverse with despatch Liverpool transit, cover toned with some slight soiling, a nicely margined example on cover.
