Charles Whiting: An embossed sample produced by the Congreve process, printed in pale blue, yellow and red showing Queen Adelaide with decorative frame embossed in colourless relief and with ”WHITING PATENTEE” within the frame at left, some minor foxing as is common, fine and attractive. Taken from ”THE ROYAL CAMEO SCRAP BOOK OF EMBOSSED HEADS” published by Kendall & Son.
