Great Britain: 1840-1852 Collection of over 700 penny reds predominately four margins and fine set out in plate order from plate 1b to 170, some very fine black plate reds and also 2 penny blacks. Includes penny red imperforates on cover, many of the stamps have Maltese Cross cancels and some very fine looking, a selection of better numeral postmarks and even a two Irish Distinctive Maltese Crosses, a good collection for further study or breaking up into smaller lots for resale.
