1899 (Jan 29) Cover to St. Louis franked with three 1c on 1m orange-brown, third printing (positions 3-4-5), in combination with pair of U.S. Administration 1899 1c green, tied by Puerto Principe cds, arrival to reverse dated Feb. 6; horizontal filing crease top of envelope which does not detract, a very clean example, one of two covers known at the 5c international mail rate used with the 1c value; signed Bloch.
