1901-07 1 Anna light blue on local paper with recut-frame variety (Hellrigl/Vignola 27b), two singles used on 1906 cover from Karnali to Kathmandu, tied by VERY RARE NON-STANDART CIRCULAR KARNALI HANDSTAMP (Hellrigl C38, “RR” 100p), with negative hand-dated postmark Karnali (N36) alongside, on album page.
