1920 (July 2) Postcard from Ratibor to Rome, bearing superb “Commissione Interalleata per l’Alta Slesia/Il Controllore per Ratibor-Stadt” double circle in violet, franked by 1st issue 10pf 6 20pf, tied by Ratibor cds’s. The only item recorded with this Italian handstamp, and an early usage.
