1920 (April 3-6) Two Upper Silesia 15pf stationery postcards from Oppeln to Italy, both including in teh text complaints about how the Italian postal system worked, including: “concerning the mails, it is something despairing” or “the postal service, after the involvement of our military men, just works very bad”, one with interesting cachet “Le Controleur/de voies fluviales et des travaux hydrauliques/Oppeln”; minor faults at top.
