Lot 20743 – 1920 Stampless cover and postcard to Italy from the Italian Delegation in teh Interallied Commission with British F.P.O. cds

1920 (May-Aug) Stampless cover and postcard to Italy free of charge, from a Italian member of the Interallied Commission, both bearing blurred strikes of “Commission d’Administration et de Plébiscite /Allenstein-Olsztyn/Traité de Versailles” double circle, entering the British military mail with F.P.O. S120 cds, the card showing F.P.O. 40 transit of Cologne, the envelope showing on reverse very rare cachet of the Italian delegation and “Commissione di Governo e Plebiscito/Di Allenstein/Delegazione Italiana” endorsement. A very rare duo, as there were just three Italians in the Commission.
