Corpo di spedizione italiano/nel Mediterraneo orientale” two-line cachet on reverse, paying the double rate on obverse with “Floreale” 1L and “Michetti” 20c, both tied by “Poste Italiane/Scalanova (Anatolia)” cds, registration marking at right, transits and arrival on reverse. Rare franking and destination.
